That means if upgraded to IR1,we can get IL soon without waiting in the line

Of course you still wait in line, along with other CR1/IR1 cases that are also DQed and waiting for interview schedule.

Huh? Nothing happens automatically, they are processed by human beings which means there is a stack that gets processed in generally a first come first served basis

You will not receive an interview letter until NVC has scheduled the interview.  That will happen after the consulate informs NVC of available dates, and when you have reached the front of the queue.  I think you are still behind others who were already in the queue.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Its not that easy. Each embassy has their own backlog so its not possible to say if you are DQ'd earlier than someone else that you will also get an IL before them

K actually our is F2a and dqd november,so we thought if upgraded to ir1 IL will soon come,so ask,k thank you

I would think any IR-1/CR-1 cases already in the queue would remain ahead of you.

So there s no benefit for upgradation, and stay on F2a as normal, isn’t it?

Upgrading to IR-1 would not place you ahead of other IR-1 cases already in line.......
