Hi Guys!

I feel so happy now. Kevin just called HCMC again. My interview is on 23rd July. Sooooo happy that i want to write it now to share with you.

Wish everyone who are waiting for interview will get interview date soon.

Nov. 06.2006 - NOA1

Jan. 23.2007 - USCIS have approved our case

Jan. 26.2007 - Received NOA2 in mail from USCIS

Feb. 05.2007 - NVC forwarded case to U. S. Consulate in HCM

Feb. 07.2007 - Received Notification in mail from NVC

Feb. 09.2007 - HCM consulate received from NVC

Mar. 05.2007 - HCM Consulate sends out Packet 3

Apr. 05.2007 - Finally Got Packet 3 from HCM Consulate

Apr. 06.2007 - Sent back Packet 3 to HCMC

Apr. 10.2007 - HCMC received Packet 3

July.02.2007 - Received Packet 4

July. 23.2007 - INTERVIEW DATE =>PASSED. Yippy! \(^_^)/

01/17/2007 Faxed the checklist to the Immigrant Visa Unit in Frankfurt

03/29/2007 Got letter from USCIS to provide evidence that our marriage is bona fide

04/02/2007 Sent to USCIS lots of evidence

05/03/2007 I have an unofficial "PETITION APPROVED" ...waiting for confirmation from Consulate

05/07/2007 Received email from USCIS ROME confirming that our petition was approved (why Rome? because we complained to the District Office Rome about the Sub-Office Frankfurt..it took too long for our petition to be approved)...now waiting for the interview letter from the Consulate

05/18/2007 E-mail from IV Frankfurt, our interview was scheduled for May 29th

05/19/2007 Packet 4 in the mail: ja ja ja interview letter

05/29/2007 Interview at 7.30 a.m. APPROVED Thank you, God!

06/01/2007 Visa arrived !

06/03/2007 Mayday on the plane POE Cincinnati

06/21/2007 Welcome Notice from USCIS

06/29/2007 Applied for SSN at the local Office

07/07/2007 Green Card arrived

07/09/2007 Another 2 Welcome Letters from USCIS...God, they really love me! :D

07/20/2007 Social Security Card arrived

Feb 2009 Received letter from VSC to start removing conditions.

I and Kevin already prepared all documents need for interview and evidences. He will show our lawyer in the States all those things before back VN. He will back VN on 10th July and we will go to HCM city on 11st or 12nd. Is it sound good for the time of medical exam.....?

Ah, our good friend in AU also cross his fingers and toes for my interview. :D

CIS Office : California Service Center

Date Filed : 2011-04-18

NOA Date Received : 2011-06-06

Date on NOA: 2011-04-22

Bio. Appt. : 2011-06-24

Had to make an Info Pass appointment because there was a delay in receiving the NOA for our I-751. Never found out the reason for the delay but they gave Thao a 1 year green card stamp in her passport and we got a the NOA 2 days later.

Approved: 2011-09-23

Notice sent: 2011-09-28
