Petitioner was in jail 3 times, will my fiance visa approved?

We filed our I-129F on May 27th 2020 and got the NOA1 on June 2nd. We use immigration lawyer to help our case since my Petitioner was in jail for 3 times. Please enlighten me, will my K1 visa approved? Thank you.

What was he in jail for?  

Certain crimes makes it almost impossible to petition for anyone.

Your timeline shows you got the NOA2 more than 2 years ago. What happened? Was the visa denied and this is your second attempt or is this a different fiancé?

Define been in jail?

 

Locked up over night?

 

Locked up until trail?

 

Locked up after sentencing?

 

I have been in jail numerous times for numerous things, I never had an issue getting petitions approved
