I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

They don't mean a whole lot these days anyway. Mine have moved as much as 3 weeks into the past and of course I still didn't have my approvals! My guess is another month on my approval which was submitted in early March.

Wife's visa journey:

03/19/07: Initial mailing of I-129F.

07/07/11: U.S. Citizenship approved and Oath Ceremony!

MIL's visa journey:

07/26/11: Initial mailing of I-130.

05/22/12: Interview passed!

I was wondering when the data was going to be updated to reflect the longer wait times.

The timelines are only an average and will not change when your petition will be adjucated. It is not like the USCIS is watching the statiscal data to see when to approve each case.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

my timeline on VJ says May 23rd And the case haven't been touched or approved

so it's just estimated all of us will get it very soon

as my attorney said the whole process shouldn't take longer than a year at least something a year has boards it's not infinite

just trying to stay positive not easy but possible
