September 02 AOS filer, still have not received biometrics appointment

Hello Guys, I filed for my marriage based AOS on September 02. I am still waiting on my biometrics appointment letter. Anyone else facing same issues?

 

1. Fingerprint fee cashed in on September 18

2. I797s notices received  on October 8th

Yes. It's taking a while, there is a backlog.

Many who filed in September like you still have not received their biometrics notice.  Check this thread --

@AV33 yes, most September filers are still waiting for their bio metric appointment. You should post your updates on the September 2020 AOS Filers thread that was linked above. Most of us who filed in September post/check on that thread. Did you submit I-944? If not, then the RFE might be related to that.
