What you have will be accepted: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/Pakistan.html "Birth certificates issued by local Union Councils, Municipal Corporations, the Office of the Cantonment Board, or the CDA are acceptable, as are Family Registration Certificates (FRC) issued by NADRA.  In larger cities, such as Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi etc., Municipal Corporation-issued birth certificates prior to 2001 are also acceptable."

they will ask you about the hard copies(original) documents you provided electronically. the Pakistani birth certificate is already in 2 languages ( Urdu and English) you don't need any translation. just take the original certificate with you.

That document will be acceptable, as it is registered at the UC

Computerized birth certificates are NOT required
