No update after USCIS received i751 application

Still no update from USCIS. 

 

I have contacted my DSO regarding the receipt notice delay and this is what I received:

"It’s not unusual for USCIS to take 4 weeks or more to send out the receipt and electronic notices. We’ve just now been receiving receipt notices for students who applied in October."

 

I have also emailed lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov, but still haven't heard anything back.

Okay, thanks. My application was delivered on 24th Nov. Says Suite 150 instead of 100. Signed F. Brown! No update since then

"

Unfortunately, we have a few students who are waiting 6-9 weeks now for a receipt, and it does not seem anything can be done in such cases.  Last month, USCIS finally acknowledged this delay: https://www.aila.org/infonet/uscis-provides-update-on-receipt-notice-delays What used to be a 1-3 day wait to be issued a receipt is now turning into 30 days.  Knowing USCIS, it is likely they won’t hold themselves to this 30-day processing time promise.

 

At this point, not much can be done as this is now USCIS’s “normal” processing time.  If the wait/uncertainty becomes unbearable: in the past, most help for our students had come from contacting a Congressperson’s office.  Not all are helpful, but some Congresspersons have helped. "

Regarding address difference , reply from my iss

"I don’t think you need to worry.  I am going to assume this is where they always deliver USCIS shipments.  https://goo.gl/maps/XsCcmaHp98ro9FNV6 (map of back of USCIS building) tells me they couldn’t have delivered without clearance first.  FedEx most likely delivered to the right place, but marked it differently in their system."

Omg, same with my case! We’ve sent our package (I-751) Nov,24 by Fedex. The package arrived to Phoenix lockbox facilities Nov,25 and was sign by F Brown and still nothing. Our check wasn’t deposit, didn’t get a recipe number,  I called them twice already nobody can give me any information.

You should look at this excel to kind of guess when your checks might be cashed, mine was delivered on 11/18 and check was cashed today 01/06. So do the math for your 11/24....I think week of 01/13 is reasonable time frame to call USCIS

Update. Check was deposit by USCIS today, Jan 14, 2021. Package was sender Nov, 25, 2020

Update: My money order got cashed on 01/14/2021. Package was delivered on Nov 24th, 2020. Haven't received any notification from USCIS.

Mine was cashed around same time. Haven't received receipt number yet!

Call USCIS and speak to a representative. They can provide you with the receipt number.

How did you make this spreadsheet? I got my package delivered on Dec 1 2020 and was signed by F.Brown but I don’t see my name in it. My money order has not been cashed yet. Can you tell me?

This is just spreadsheet where people in our forums are updating as they receive an update from USCIS. If your package was received on Dec 1, you should be right around the time when it should be cashed and just hang on until next week. 

Mine took like 48 days and in your case there were more holidays for USCIS....I'm positive that you will get the receipt next week
