Hi.

My spouse has an interview date scheduled and has completed the Medical Exam.

(Country :Nigeria - Visa Type CR1/IR1)

Per the instructions on NVC, my spouse should register / Create An Account at https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ng/

However, once all the information was entered to create an account, an error message is received saying “Your Request Cannot Be Processed at this Time”.

Has anyone had this issue? How do we resolve? We still have a few weeks before the interview.

Thanks

Thanks.

Just opened the link provided. However when we click on create account it takes us to the same link at https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ng/

When we click on Create Account at  https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ng  it allows my spouse to enter their info but then we get the error message not letting the account to be created.  🙁

We did see there is a contact phone, so we will reach out.

this is the site I used.

https://cgifederal.secure.force.com

If you still getting the error message, close the tab and clear your cache to remove every previous attempt of logging in then try again.

Thanks. Yes this is the same site the link goes too but when we click “ New User” and fill in all the information it keeps giving the error message.

We will keep trying. Thanks so much for your assistance 😊
