Try the following:

I have called 5 times so far

The only thing I can think of is to call a different local office in the area if you only have called the same office so far.

I was finally able to get everything sorted! The funny thing is.. just after making my last post I got a phone call for an appointmnet and then noticed my green card was being produced.

I have my SS number and should have my GC tomorrow or Tuesday!

Thanks again for all the help!

Well it's now been 91 days and still no green card or SS.

I cannot seem to be able to speak with anyone at USCIS, the automated system will not let me speak with an agent. I am calling the live assistance number and I am unsure how to fill in the E request. Has anyone found a way to speak to someone or knows how to fill in the form?

The SS card issue: I keep getting told to wait and wait to the point that I was laughed at when I said that I was told I would hear from them in a few days back in early DEC and still nothing. I have called 5 times so far and apparently a manager needs to call me but then I never get a call.

It's all feeling rather impossible to get things in place.

Any help would be greatly appricated.

Matt

Hi Matt, it's been almost 90 days for me too. Any luck with your greencard in the post?
