Hello I have travelled outside of the USA to Indonesia on a student visa of 2 years and I can get it renewed. I have DACA and traveled outside of the country without advanced parole. Once I get my degree in Indonesia am I stuck here? I want to return back to USA but my home country is Peru and I have peruvian passport. I have US Social Security and Work permit and Peruvian Passport I just renewed.

You should have applied and received Advanced Parole before leaving the US.  Advanced Parole is required in order for DACA recipients to travel abroad and not lose their status.

You are not stuck in Indonesia, but it is unlikely you will be able to re-enter the United States.

Hi,

You no longer have DACA.  Once you left the US without Advance Parole, you lost it.  You can not return to the US.

Sorry.

Travel for DACA Applicants (Advance Parole)

WARNINGS! 1. DACA applicants may not travel outside the United States until after their DACA request has been approved. 2. DACA applicants or recipients who travel outside the U.S. without being granted approval for travel will lose their DACA status. 3. You will be inspected at the border when you return, and there is always a possibility that you could be denied entry, even if the government granted you permission to travel.

From the USCIS website, you no longer have DACA status:

If you travel outside the United States on or after Aug. 15, 2012, without first receiving advance parole, your departure automatically terminates your deferred action under DACA.  https://www.uscis.gov/i-131

Unfortunately it looks like you do not have a possibility to return to the US. You will need to either get an appropriate visa to remain in Indonesia or move to another country, or return to Peru.

Thank you guys for the comments , theoretically If I marry in Indonesia become a citizen here can I visit USA periodically in and out I just want to see family for a span of so many months a year

You would need a US visitor visa.

Getting marry and becoming an Indonesian citizen are not factors involved in granting a visitor visa.

With undocumented family in the US and you being undocumented yourself, it's highly unlikely that you would qualify for a visitor visa.  You can apply, but your chances are not good.

This is what happens when people do things without really thinking.
