Maybe ask a mod to update the title to F2A 2020 filers?  There is already a thread for updates from F2A 2019 filers.

Yes, I did see that one, but all of them are still waiting for I-130 approval.

My husband petition has taken longer than we expected. I don't have any hopes for interview this year. I got my residency trough EB-2/AOS and decided to go with an I-824 for him:

27-Jul-2018: I-824 received by USCIS

03-Oct-2019: I-824 approved. Case "transferred" to NVC which actually didn't happen. Literally dozens of emails, inquiries & calls to both NVC and USCIS.

18-Nov-2020: NVC sent Welcome Letter (ACL)

25-Nov-2020: Fees paid

17-Dec-2020: DS260 submitted

23-Dec-2020: NVC package submitted (Affidavit of Support waived). USPS tried to deliver on 26-Dec but they couldn't. Never re-tried

07-Jan-2020: NVC package re-submitted. Package delivered on 08-Jan-2020

13-Jan-2020: NVC sent confirmation letter: The National Visa Center (NVC) received all the requested documentation for this immigrant visa case. The
applicant is now in the queue awaiting an interview appointment overseas.
I guess this is what previous posters called DQ, isn't it?

I guess it doesn't make too much difference, but I always thought my husband was under F2A category but in the latest letter they mentioned E2, my originally preference category.

He should be interviewed in Ciudad Juarez so I guess it will take more time than normal.

Yeah.. It says E2.. When I submitted the I-824 for him, I thought he was going to be under F2A, not my visa category..

Based on some feedback from people filing in Mexico and UAE, they just restarted scheduling (for March) normal interviews for IR/CR-1 and IR/CR-2. However, relatives of LPR, investment or employment based petitions still on hold. I guess things are gonna start to move when proclamations 10014 and 10052 expires in March 31st (or get cancelled before, which I doubt)

Even if pp10014 and 10052 are lifted there will be no interviews for some time they will start sending IL that means maybe after one month if the ban is lifted.

You are right.. It will depend heavily on the consulate capacity & pandemic situation. For example, in Mexico, they announced the restart of normal interviews few days back and all the interviews they are giving are for late March.. So yeah, i will say close to 2 months after the PPs are lifted
