I would recommend u bring everything u submitted with the application plus any new additional evidence.

If they don't need it, u can just take it back.

Hello!

i just recieved my green card interview notice and there is a long list of paperwork do bring. My question is if I already submitted most of them do I only bring the documents that I did not submit.

thanks

You submitted copies of the paper work.

USCIS wants to see originals of documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce decrees, etc.  Bring the originals. Bring copies to leave with the officer.  Bring everything you submitted plus what the interview notice asks for.

if you don’t do this, you risk an RFE at interview, a delay of months (for something that should result in a green card in hand in under 30 days), or a denial.

Also, Uscis has been know to lose their copies of documents.

Our interview was scheduled in March 2015, so by the interview date, we had filed 2014 taxes, so I did a new I864 and brought updated tax return copies.  This probably doesn't apply to you.

Bring everything you can think of. I brought so much evidence I had to use a 2 wheel Dolly to transport the file box into the ASC. Don't go cheap on them, make them work. When the IO asked if I had any additional things I wanted to submit, I just smacked the side of the file box. He said excellent, your approved, you will see the green card in a week.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I know the costs involved in this whole game of immigration, and if I can save you some money I will!

So the interview begings with questions and then at the end before leaving they ask if I would like to submit extra paperwork?

also what kinda question arw they going to ask?

is it more personal about the couple / taxes related questions?

Hello! I filed for my marriage green card 2019 so I had to send it tax documents from 2018. Now 2020 December I have recived my interview notice and it said to bring tax returns for the most recent tax year.

So do I have to bring his tax returns from 2019 as well eventho I already sent the 2018 ones since we filed 2019.

thanks
