Hello,I'm hoping to get some advise. My wife's conditional green card expired in April 6 2020 and filled the i90 form instead of i751. just got a letter saying her file is denied since we did not file 751.

What can I do now??

File the I-751 ASAP!

Send a cover letter explaining your foul-up and submit the letter you received as evidence.

In a similar scenario. Filed the I-90 instead of I-751 (even before the 90 day window smh). Got a denial 2 weeks after my wife's green card expired. Filed the I-751 with an explanation, and just received a rejection for using an outdated form! Now getting ready to resubmit with another explanation letter apologizing for these mistakes. This has been a crazy year. Praying they accept and we can just move on..
