Guys, question, how about pictures for naturalization certificate? Do I need to bring it to interview? or maybe i should have uploaded it while i was filing online? Which i dont even remember this option. Or any chance they will also reuse the one from my green card?

Saw the Biometrics reuse letter in the documents section of the online application. Nothing in physical form yet.

...and as soon as I open the document, a winter miracle happened: case completion went from January 2022 to October 2021!

That happened to me too, from August 2021 to October 2021 (where it originally was).  While I (obviously) don’t like that at all, I have also seen that these projections don’t seem to be too accurate anyway (at least not since Covid), so I try to keep my spirits up (ha! Easier said than done).  For our field office, October is still ahead of their minimum processing times, and I maintain some hope that somebody might pick up my case ahead of that timeframe.

Hopefully, all of you can find something to distract you a little - and may we all be citizens soon :)

Mine got back from October 2021 to April 2021.

FYI:  There are changes in Civic tests : see below USCIS update:

Applicants who filed their application for naturalization on or after Dec. 1, 2020, and before March 1, 2021, likely have been studying for the 2020 test; therefore, USCIS will give these applicants the option to take either the 2020 civics test or the 2008 civics test. There will be a transition period where both tests are being offered. The 2020 test will be phased out on April 19, 2021, for initial test takers. Applicants filing on or after March 1, 2021, will take the 2008 civics test.

Very interesting update!  So it looks like they got quite a bit of blowback on the 2020 test and are switching back to the original 2008 test?  That makes it a lot easier for us who haven't had the interview yet.  The material is a little easier, as is the exam (only need 6 correct instead of 12), even though it is the same percentage correct needed.

For the sake of your sanity, pay zero attention to the estimated time. It has been proven to have absolutely no correlation to actual dates. You will end up driving yourself nuts by fretting over changes to that date :)

I see they are reverting back to the 2008 test, if you have an interview before April you have the option to take either the 2020 or 2008 test.  My interview will be after this, so I will be studying for the 2008 Test, it has half the questions to memorize.
