I received my interview notice through website today. Yaay! My interview is scheduled for November 16, 2021. So I have been asked to bring few items with me to the interview. One of them reads "Any evidence of Selective Service Registration". What is Selective Service Registration?

this is draft (only for men who arrived to the US before they turned 28)

Had my interview yesterday and passed!!! I had to go to the USCIS office (Minneapolis, MN) but the interview was virtual with interviewer located in Texas. Took about 15-20 minutes only. I asked her when I could expect to hear about the oath ceremony date. She told me it will be mailed at least two weeks before the oath ceremony and that my area is currently scheduling oath ceremony in mid December. Today morning I got online notification about my case - Oath Ceremony scheduled for December 15, 2021. Excited!

Hello all

I got a text today that there's an update on my case so I checked the portal online and my interview is scheduled for Jan. 6, 2022 in Santa Ana, CA. I submitted my application last Dec 2020 by mail and my biometrics was reused. I'm so excited that I finally got my interview schedule!!!

Good luck to us all!!

Happy Filing Anniversary, folks.

Am I the only one still waiting? Nothing on my case since March when it said my biometrics were being reused.

It still says 5 months until case successfully completed.

Sigh.

Still waiting here; my uscis office is the worst in the union (Minneapolis-St. Paul), so I expect to become a citizen just in time to vote for President K Harris second term in office…

We filed on November 1, 2020 (one month earlier than you) and still waiting. Same location - Portland, OR.

I took the advice from an April 2020 filer and filed a FOIA request, but its still stuck in step 1.

I honestly dont know what's wrong with USCIS in Portland. February 2021 filers already got their interview scheduled and we the 2020 filers are still waiting. I live very close to the USCIS office in the Pearl and they have people waiting in line every day, so its not like the office shut down or something.

Sigh.

Yeah, Portland is pretty slow.

I had to go get my greencard extended and I was one of those folks queuing up.

It's a bit depressing to hear that other who came so long after us are ahead of us in the system.

I filed Dec 2020 and I became a USC on Monday. It was a great feeling. For anyone still waiting, hang tight, and I wish you all the best.!
