If youre a USC you can petition her, will take a year or so, sister, how old is she is she married? Normally looking at Mother sponsoring her when she gets here.

US immigration is slow, the pandemic will probably be over by the time they can get here.
Parent 1-2 years, sister will be longer, how much longer depends on her age and if she is single or married (in other words  if parent can sponsor her once parent has a green card, or if you will have to do sibling visa).

She is 33 years old and she is engaged to be married hopefully soon.
What is the different between my sister being married or single.
Why my mom should sponsor her? is it faster?

Thanks!

She is my sister. I am not sure what is the different between parent can sponsor her once parent has a green card, or if you will have to do sibling visa.
Would you please advise? what is the better for my widow mom and my 33 engaged sister?

Thanks.

Your Mother can only sponsor an unmarried daughter until she naturalises, you can sponsor her and her family but will be looking at 20 years or so.

Is my mom sponsor her is faster than me sponsor her?

What if I sponsor her before my sister getting married?

Immigration is not fast for anyone....especially siblings. The pandemic will be long over before either one can immigrate.   This will be a long process.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Ok.

What is the best action now. I miss them and I wish them to be here with me!

Yes but she has to remain single for your mom to sponsor her (at least until your mom becomes a citizen) - this is 5-7 years after your mom gets her own green card (so anywhere from 6-9 years from now)

For sibling visa doesn’t make a difference if she is single or married, but it will take at least 15 years.

Are you a US citizen?
