My wife life in danger

Need help plz ,iam a US citizen came to my original country ( sudan ) before year and a half , so now here in area that we live in sudan alot of problems between tribes and they killed alot of people and the place is not safe at all , and i cant go back to usa and leave my wife alone , i contact us embassy before 3 days that i want to apply for my wife direct from the embassy and they responde me (((  Unfortunately Khartoum Consular section is not designated to accept direct I-130 petitions.))) so now any other solution for my problem since its not safe in here and i cant leave my wife alone?

Ok thnks the problem when i apply i have to call uscis to expedited and i live out of usa

Oh ok nice hope that they dont put me on hold for long time since its very expensive to call usa lol ,,, so with this number i can talk to tier 1 or tier 2 officer?

Well you are a long way off seeking an expedite sounds like you have not started the process.

Lots of  cheap calling options.

Refer to the first link I shared: "If DOS declines to accept a local filing, DOS should inform the petitioner of its decision and of the process for filing the Form I-130 at a USCIS lockbox or online in accordance with the USCIS filing instructions. The petitioner does not have the right to appeal, motion, or otherwise request reconsideration of a USCIS or DOS decision to decline acceptance of a local filing. Although this local filing process is designed to facilitate expedited processing of cases abroad in exceptional circumstances, it is not the only way to file a petition or seek expedited adjudication."

Got it , will apply tomorrow and will request expedited from uscis , you know if uscis approve my expedited how long it will take to get my wife the visa?
