Two passport sized photos are required for the interview. My fiancee has two 5cm x 5cm photos printed on a single page of photo paper. Will this be acceptable for the interview, or should she cut the photos out of the photo paper?

Make it easy for them.   If you gang them on one piece of paper or print them separately,  use a scissors to size them properly

YMMV

you should probably cut them into the correct size and don't ask immigration person  to do it / just as they are already have a work load/ they already don't like to remove staples,  etc
