I-751 December 2020 Filers

Hi all, I sent my application via RapidVisa. USPS sent me a message that says my application was delivered to the USCIS lockbox 12/11/2020. Anyone from December filers received NOA yet?

We also sent ours in with proof of delivery on 12/15.  No response yet or pending payment on our account - did you ever get a NOA or response from USCIS?  Not worried yet as it has only been 22 days with 2 major holidays sprinkled in, but for the 751 processing times a lot of people were showing getting their receipts within 2 weeks or so.  Perhaps I read it wrong as it did have them broken out by Service Center which I didn't get.  Fingers crossed, SO ready to be done with all of this!

I would say Feb 15-20 is when you will see the movement in your case like check cashed, NOA receipt. Folks who have filed their application in nov 16-18 are getting their check cashed this week.

My conditional green card expiry is late Feb 2021 and I hope I will get the NOA soon..

Not yet. Several people with application delivery date of 11/16 have just started seeing their check cashed based on the November 2020 filers thread. So I assume there is a major backlog and I will probably wait another 2 weeks before calling USCIS.

Hey all!

We mailed our package on 12/22, was delivered in Phoenix on 12/23. No notices thus far, card hasn't been charged. Our window opened Dec. 5/2020, but things got a little backlogged in our lives. Funny, I've been mentally preparing to file this for two years and when the window finally opens, we're behind schedule.

 

Good luck everyone, hoping for quick updates on all fronts!

Buckle on in. It's looking to be about 6 weeks before money is taken out and extension letters are sent.

Quick question - I sent my documents via UPS and the Proof of Delivery for the AZ address says "Received by West, Left at Mailroom". Do other people's say anything different? Should it say lockbox?

I was also worried when I 1st posted here but later saw the response timeframe is around 4-6 weeks so nothing to fear yet, just haven't reached the processing time yet.  If you have proof of delivery then they got your petition, hopefully you will see some movement in the next week or 2!

From the November filers group, it looks like they're on November 16-20. 

So we have bit of a wait to go.

Sent the file on 12/15 via USPS and thanks to COVID19 and delays - was delivered on 12/29.

Based on all I have read - there is a 6-8 week wait from delivery date to encashment of the application fee!!
