My application was received on Dec. 29 2020, and was officially approved Jan. 4th 2022 (1 year and 7 days laters). I checked online and they have ordered new card!.

Now it's time to apply for citizenship!

You have no VJ timeline.  Were you adjudicated in the Vermont Service Center (EAC)?

Wanted to share the great news with all of you!!!

We were just living our lives as usual and to our surprise, my husband's removal of conditions was approved!

The letter, dated January 11th, was received on January 15th followed by his Green Card on January 18th.

Biometrics were waived and no interview; just a little over a year of waiting on some movement at the Vermont Service Center.

To those of you still waiting, keep the faith; it will happen when you least expect it.

He's eligible to apply for citizenship next month, so onward to the last part of this journey from here!

Congrats! Good news, as I am also Vermont Center, Jan 2021.

Hi Guys!

I'm a December Filer.

April 2nd, 2021 was the last notification I got from them stating that 'Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken'. And that they automatically extended my status to '24 months'.

This February I will be my 3 year anniversary as a married permanent resident. Was wondering If I should wait for my new green card or move forward in submitting online for N-400 (naturalization)?

Thanks!

That's probably a personal preference.  There are many who have decided to file the N-400 and go the combo route since enough time has passed and they're eligible for naturalization.

My two cents. When I had my in person interview with the USCIS agent I asked the same thing - "should my application to remove conditions still be pending when I reach my 3 year mark, should I file my N-400?" He said that the system is so archaic that they use physical files, and so you could potentially slow things down, because they may require different departments to access your file.

I'm not sure if that's totally true, but he said it wouldn't make it faster.

Hi All

Just wanted to share - re LIN Service Centre

I received a letter in the mail today  11/04/2021 notifying me that " Your conditional permanent resident status is extended for 24 months from the expiration date on you Form I-551, Permanent Resident Card", which is due to expire in Feb 2021. The Notice was dated 10/27/2021.

The initial notice of action sent on 01/21/2021 granted an extension of 18 months ( I filed my application for ROC on 12/15/2020) This notice today extends that date by another 6 months.

I have not received or heard anything in between these 2 notices.

Good thing come to those who wait and all 🤣! While trying not to loose their minds

Congrats to all of late who have received their cards 💞

Hi All,

I received my card 10year Permanent Resident Card in the mail on 05/31/2022,  I filed my application for ROC on 12/15/2020. I was not called for an interview. Service center is LIN. It is dated 10 years from the date of approval (Expiration 05/26/32) not 10 years from the date of initial 2 year conditional resident card just as a FYI. I was wondering that myself!

Good luck to everyone out there waiting. It seems finally there is movement on things!!

Received this notification on my I-751 status. Does anyone had this encounter before?

I did. My case was transferred about 5 months ago and only recently got approved. Originally at YSC and I don't know where it was transfered to. Filed I-751 in December 2020 and N-400 in December 2021.  Here's my I-751 timeline.
