I-751 December 2020 Filers

We mailed our package on Dec 1st with priority mail, but after the USPS delays it was finally delivered on Dec 7th at AZ lockbox. Still the money order hasn't been cashed, nor have we seen any email/texts or anything.  It's been 8 business days already. Anyone on here filed in Dec and got their checks/MO cashed or Filing fee processed? Or received any communication from USCIS?

Nope. My package was delivered on Dec 2nd and nothing so far. I called USCIS and they said my case wasn't even in the system yet.

The November filers are started to get their check cashed. Seems like it takes around 30 - 40 days now for the initial processing.

Hi All!!! Dropped off my wife's packet today. She was eligible for ROC on 11/25/2020 but with the holidays and everything else, we just got caught up and forgot.

The below was everything that was included with our packet. Let me know y'alls thoughts. I noticed others had a ton more evidence but I wasn't sure I needed any more. I mean my wife and I have two  (US born) children together and both our names on the home deed. I don't know how much more bonafide our marriage can look 🤷‍♂️

  • Form G-1145 – e-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance
  • Form G-1450 – Authorization for Credit Card Transaction for $680 ($595 Filing Fee / $85 Biometrics Fee)
  • Form I-751 – Petition to Remove Conditions of Residence
  • Copy of wife’s Conditional Permanent Residence Card (front and back)
  • Copy of applicant and sponsor's passports
  • Evidences of Relationship:
    • Copy of both Driver’s Licenses showing the same address of residence
    • Copy of home title showing both names on the deed
    • Copy of car insurance policy
    • Copies of our 2018 and 2019 joint tax transcripts
    • Copy of our joint bank statement
    • Copy of 401k beneficiaries
    • Copy of our health insurance cards showing same group/policy ID

401k is a retirement fund that's funded in part by the employer. If you dont work or are self employed you might not probably have it. Also, not all employers give this option to their employees.

Hey guys, is it safe to send credit card copies showing both of our names and matching numbers? Since my husband is authorized user, I was thinking to use black marker and leave only last 4 digits. Did you do that for your bank statements as well? Thank you in advance.

Yes we did the same. send the copies of cards, and no need to hide rest of the numbers. we did not use black marker to hide anything.
