Application delivered December 3rd using Fedex. Still haven't received anything.

Did you pay using a personal check? If so, check your bank account to see it hasn't been cashed. If your check has been cashed, call USCIS and get your receipt number from the agent and then wait for your NOA to arrive.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Payed by check. Been checking multiple times a day. Nothing. I'm thinking I'm going to have to call and open a case.

Hey all! Hoping I can pick some brains here. Our package was delivered on 12/24/2020 - we UPS overnighted it a couple of days after I was eligible. Green card expires 03/20/2021. However, we still have not received any notification from USCIS, nor has our card been charged. I see a lot of you guys are waiting about six weeks, but is that even including the charging? Or electronic notification?

I guess the second part of my question is, at what point is it okay for us to start chasing down people? I am extremely nervous about this getting done sooner rather than later - I am a CDL holder but my licence expires when my green card does. My wife (the USC) has run into a couple of health issues last year and reduced her work a lot so I am now the main source of income!

Thank you all for this great resource 🙂

My text notification came after I received the paper NOA. Right now, you just wait for them to send you a biometrics letter, maybe waived based on the current pattern with them reusing the ones from AOS. Thereafter it's an interview letter, could be waived or not, then green card in mail (hopefully).

They only just started cashing payments and sending out NOAs to people whose paperwork were delivered in the first week of December last week (I was part of the crowd). It may be another week or so before they get to the ones from end of December. Right now, paper NOA will come before a text or e-mail notification. I believe some people didn't receive any. As long as you get the paper NOA, don't worry about the text or e-mail.

Hey Guys,

Sent 12/7 and received in Phoenix 12/19... Still haven’t heard anything. I sent money orders with my application so I can’t see any transactions in my bank account. I’m getting a little worried...

Anyone have the same timeline?

Good Morning

I sent mine and it was received on 12/18/2020 and they cashed the money orders on 01/26/2021 no text notifications or NOA yet. Check if you still have the  money order receipt , because if you do you are still able to track the status and see if they cashed it. The information to where to call should be on that receipt.

I’ll do just this!

Thank you for your response. If there is no NOA by the time our GC expires, is there anything else we should be doing?

You can call USCIS at 800-375-5283. Say “NOA not received” then “technical problem” and you should get put through to an agent. They ask for your name, A number, DOB, and mailing address. They should be able to tell you the status of your application.

USCIS did a big boo boo and sent back someone's photo album to my husband. (his name and address and someone else's photo evidence) I don't have the time to sit through pages on this thread....can someone post the USCIS phone number and the promps to get a human on the phone. I found the lady who's packet it came from, and we have been chatting, but I want to ensure that my husband case file is in no way attached to this error.

Was checking my online statement for something else this afternoon, and to my surprise the $680 charge from USCIS Phoenix lockbox is on my visa! Showing 1/26/2021. I was anticipating at least another week. Our package was received on 12/23/2020 - so one day short of five weeks.

Hello,

I just wanted to give an update: USCIS received my package on 12/17 and just received my extension letter today. Good thing I filed as soon as my window opened because my green card expires 03/12/2021. Hope everyone receives their extensions soon!
