My check has not yet cashed yet. ROC package delivered by 12/10.

Yet seems like December started moving.

I am checking my bank account 10 times a day. Never wanted somebody to take my money this bad 🤣 Damn you USCIS.

Thanks for the card update! I also submitted a cc form, so have been hoping to see some updates that help me establish a timeline.

Called USCIS and were told that the NOA was sent yesterday.

That's the weird thing. Our check hasn't been deposited yet. No text and no e-notice despite filling out the e-notice form.

I got the receipt number from the person I talked to at USCIS. But it should be coming in the mail this week.

How did you get to talk to a Live person? All I get is a useless automated system that won't transfer me to a Live person

It was hard. Took me 3 times because the automated machine wouldn't connect me. Tbh I don't know what I did differently the last time that got me through. I would say keep trying and say different variations of "I didn't receive a notice of action," "it has been over 30 days since I filed," and "I don't have a receipt number."

Sorry wish I could be of more help.

Might be a stupid question but how did you speak to USCIS... I always get stuck in that automated loop and eventually it hangs up on me as I ask to speak to a person too many times.....?

Dont ask to speak to representative. Try saying "NOA not received", and then say "Longer than 30 days", and later if it asks for receipt "I dont have receipt number"... try these combinations.

12 Dec 2016 - Case Received
