Hey guys! My ROC package was delivered on 12/03/2020. Check finally cashed today 01/15/2021. Good luck to everyone who's still waiting. I'm sure more checks from December 2020 will be cashed from here on out 🙌

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Great update guys .. Ty for sharing!

This is all consistent with the 6-8 week timeframe we all were expecting

Can anyone whose check has been encashed tell us if you got any text/email notification?

Hi Everyone,

Our window opened November 20, but we did not submit until December 24th. Fedex says the packaged arrived, but like most, the check has not been cashed. I was freaking out, but reading this thread I see it is normal.

What happens if the NOA1 is not received before the GC expires? Are you out of status?

No.  You won't evidence of your status....but your status does not expire when your Green card does.

As mentioned by LuckyCat,

expiration of GC does not mean you are "undocumented" or "illegal".

Your legal status is still valid in the USA.

With the expired GC - you cannot travel outside the USA as re-entry won't be permitted.

If you need to travel - you must get I-551 stamped

I paid by personal check. I am seeing alot of both, but nothing specifically about money order. Can you track them?

Any luck yet. Mine was delivered Dec 23 in Phoenix. My DL Expires mid March. Added stress .ughhh

No movement on mine yet, but here's the Google Doc for December Filers: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1UmCPGDCa8Ffjbc0X-tHb1tNRjRz0IYVWmhT6q4jU53k/edit?usp=sharing

It looks like some folks from early December have gotten their credit cards charged/checks cashed. Still a few more weeks for the rest of us. There's also a link in that doc to the November Filer's Google Doc, and they're seeing more movement.

Good luck to you!

Yes, each of the issuing providers has a way of tracking the status using the money order number.
