K1 issued but i have a question

As you see in the picture her visa was issued on 01 but on 02 it still says refused.  Is this normal anyone else see this?

Although they are related, the K1 and K2 are separate visa cases, each with their own status.  As the K1 has already been issued, the K2 will likely be issued soon as well.

Ok but we only applied for a k1. Not sure why there is a second case on it. Thank you so much. At least I know it is issued.

Ah, I might have misinterpreted the screenshot that says there are 2 cases and 2 case numbers 01 & 02.

Sounds like what the USEM did to us.  They received medical from SLEC and 3 days later returned her passport telling her she needed medical.  Many mistakes right now in Manila, call or email them right away and don't let up.
