You’re right. We lucked out and got DQ’d a week after submitting all the documents. But I also see some taking longer. Good luck! 😊

Hi, 

Did anybody here just submit the 2019 tax return 1040 + corresponding w2 for their joint sponsor- and has gotten DQ'd?  I have the transcripts for me (main sponsor) but I am running into bit of a delay for the joint sponsor. I will have the 2019 transcripts for my joint sponsor by interview time.

1. 1040 for 2019

2. Pay stubs for 2020

3. Employment certificate 

 

My husband’s employer doesn’t provide W2.

How will I know when we’ve been DQ’ed? Does CEAC send an email or do I have to just keep checking their status website?

Yes, you will get an email from NVC.

DQ'ed on December 29! We found out by checking the messages tab on the CEAC website. They never sent an email.

I submitted all the required document today, how long is the wait time for DQ?

 

not sure if it is okay but i submitted my documents in parts on the same day though after realizing i missed a document? any idea?
