Other names you have used since Birth - Missed to mention something

Hello,

 

Want to see if anyone has any inputs/experience on our situation. My wife has used her maiden name on all the forms Foreign Passport/US Visas/EAD/GC, etc. However, on the birth certificate of our first child, which was in India, her last name is husband's last name. We overlooked that she had a different name on that certificate and left it blank (question# 3) on N400 - where it asked other names used since birth.

We have N-400 interview scheduled for the next week. Has anyone been in the same situation and is there any advice for us?
