I'm holding tight 😆 The officer was nice she said I might have to wait 2 to 3 months out and then she said "oh wait I think I rescheduled you manually for January 26" so even if I don't have the new notice yet by that time I will just show up with the old notice..I felt so relieved I don't have to wait that long again for an interview.  She said I got lucky.

 The only colors I've seen are blue and white.. I definitely haven't sent any other color aside these!  The first one I was ever given was blue so I believe the initial ones are mostly blue and then the subsequent ones come in white!👍

Good evening VJ Family, i want to apologizes for my stupid question but can someone tell what kind a questions do IO ask when you attend your AOS interview based on approved VAWA, just want to be able to prepare myself, and my second question will be; is the AOS Interview different when is based on a I-485 and when is based under approved VAWA. The second question is for a friend of mine she doesn't know what to do and wants to know whats the difference she is being mentally abused.

The only good thing I can think of is approval with no interview but I still have my medicals with me which I am suppose to bring to the interview. The suspense and delay is killing me.

My attorney just informed me that my interview scheduled on 19th January has been cancelled now, she received the email from interview field office. 
 

Thet even didn’t have changed or updated my online status for I-485. I seriously don’t know when they can reschedule it again, even my medical also ready. It’s making me sick now:(

 

@sandranj do you have any idea please about this matter ? Can you please help us?

The officer told me she sent out a new notice but she also told me that if it will not arrive by the time of the new interview schedule I can still go in. I guess she called me because it is such a short notice. I am suppose to be scheduled January 19 and only today I found out through online that it was canceled. They must have considered that not all applicants have access to the internet that's why she called.  The written notice of cancelation will for sure not arrive on time before the scheduled interview.

If you scroll through a few posts back I posted that USCIS called me today and rescheduled me. Ask ur lawyer. But then again it may be different for each local office.  But just ask no harm in trying. 

 

The reason they reschedule is they are all closed on the 19th and 20th.
