Seasons greetings to all my Vawa family and to Admin...

Today I feel like venting a little which is not really  my character. .but I am feeling a little defeated. .I am a 2017 Vawa filer which thanks to the most high., my case was approved June 2019 my adjustment of status was filed Dec 2018 and after Vawa approval the same day my I485 was transferred,  I have being waiting patiently to get an interview ..I am  trying to keep myself busy by working and not to think so much about the long wait., but honestly it is now getting to me., I have contacted congressman in August 2020 and was told case at local office and in queue for interview still nothing. .they have made contact again Nov  2020 only to be told in queue for interview/ with officer for adjudication, my problem is i check on line processing time and my local office Hartford is processing August 2019 I485. , is my case outside processing I am just frustrated right now...the wait is so long...it is really overwhelming. Christ mon.😥😒

Yes he is abusive and still  willing to go to the interview. He is abusive and i reached out to the hotline. And they advised me to leave and file vawa. Although we have made up. Its really a confusing situation for me. Its always good times, then abusive and make up. We could just wake up that day and my husband would decide to leave me hanging. I never know what to expect any min from him. Its so hard to leave. I called a shelter sometime in March and they wont take me because of covid.

Well you were given the correct advice! Leave and go file the petition.. he's blowing hot and cold you will be left hanging so many times. it's best to get your life straightened out now than regret later these are patterns.. these people never change... the abusers!💁

I know that very soon you'll smile and all this will be behind you.. your interview is around the corner believe me believe this!💞

Oh no I was misunderstanding your answer bec I didn't know you can go to the interview alone.

Sure you can go to the interview by yourself particularly when your spouse is unwilling to go with you.. but in your case your spouse is ready to go with you so what are you going to do? The idea of going alone is specifically to let the officer know your situation and that you will be filing I-360 but like I said earlier, if you go with your spouse they'll straight-up adjudicate the green card petition!💁

Thank you somuch . I am so grateful. Instead of going to the interview can I speak with uscis agents on the phone and let  them know. I am just trying to figure out how to go to the interview without my husband trailing me

So do you think he's going with you to disgrace you or he's going with you to make sure you get your green card? You to need figure it out.. you're the one in the relationship and you know the pattern so you're able to answer these questions.. but however if you feel threatened, you would have to leave the house immediately and find shelter somewhere with friends.. relatives.. wherever.. away from him then go to USCIS and let them know your situation. You must file vawa immediately if this is the case because you're going to need to present the receipt as proof before I-485 will be held! But even if you inform the officer before you file I-360, they'll give you some time to bring the receipt in!👍

Hey you don't have to be stressed out I'm not a doctor or anything but it might help to get an x-ray done so they can determine and confirm that it's non-reactive/dormant..

there are many people that would test positive for TB who are not a danger to others so don't feel bad ask them to get an X-ray (the x-ray will communicate your true status) done so you could include the report. I think it might help!💁

i was diagnosed TB POSITIVE

If you had the BCG vaccine earlier in life, I've heard that it can result in a positive PPD result.

Also, see here (one of a great many Web resources available):

Go to another clinic and have another test sometime it can read false positive, if a doctor diagnosed you with something, always take a second and a third opinion. X Ray
