Found this. I think it would be helpful to you.😊

Checklist of Documents to File With Form I-131

Here are the items you will need to include with your Form I-131:

  • Filing fee: If you have already submitted a filing fee with your adjustment of status application, and that application remains pending, DO NOT send an additional filing fee for the advance parole application. It’s free if you send it with or after your I-485 (as of early 2020, though this might soon change).
  • Passport-style photographs: if you are sending the I-131 together with the Form I-485 and a Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, include a total of four photos in the package. If you are sending the I-131 after the I-485, include two passport-style photos with the I-131.
  • Photo identity document (with photo, name, and date or birth): if you are sending the I-131 together with the Form I-485, you will be sending a copy of your passport identification page, which will be enough. If you are sending the I-131 after the I-485, include a copy of a photo identity document, such as your passport identification page or driver’s license.
  • A USCIS-issued document showing your present status in the United States: If you have a legal status in the U.S. that was granted by USCIS, you should include a copy of your approval of status notice from USCIS. If you have no such document from USCIS, there is no need to include a status document.
  • If you are sending the I-131 after the I-485, a copy of Form I-797C Notice of Action showing that the I-485 was received by USCIS.

Good evening VJ Family, can someone please explain to me the statute of limitation for limitation on a VAWA like explain it to me like im retarded. How i understand is that you have 2 years from the date of your divorce to file for VAWA, my divorce was final in March of 2019, my VAWA was approved in 2019 but so far there is no interview. Does that means that i have to be approved for my green card before the end of March of 2021 since that will be the 2 year of the divorce, and if that doesn't happen i wont be able to refill if i get denied on my I-485. Can someone please advice im going crazy because if thats the case in have 3 months for my case to be approved.  If @sandranj can advice i know that you are busy and im sorry to bother you

First of all Congratulations for VAWA approval and 2 years cap is for filling VAWA. In your case you don't need to worry about it.

AGAIN,  YOUR DIVORCE and VAWA have NOTHING to do with your AOS Green Card application.  They are two different petitions with different requirements.

You didn't receive a receipt yet! But you will.. as long as you filed for VAWA, every petition from you goes to Vermont!👍

We're all here to learn so no worries.😊 personally I learn everyday! No one knows it all... best believe that! It is true that there's a 2-year cap on vawa filing for those who are divorced.. but you have nothing to worry about.. your petition is approved already! The people who need to worry are those who have been divorced over 2 years prior to filing for vawa. As long as you beat that time frame you're free.. and you sure did! So cheer up!😀👍
