They didn’t ask you for the proof of your parent having surgery?
What offer are you talking about? By financial loss you mean you told them you need EAD in order to find a job and survive?

I thought you can’t expedite I-131 and I-765 yourself if they are at VSC. I thought vawa program is protected and you can’t do anything over the phone. Only need to mail.

All reason you give to USCIS should be true. Be ready to have RFE. Every case is different.

By offer I meant to say you need to have an offer letter of employment. Just financial loss is not enough as it’s the world current situation.

The letter sent by USCIS incorporated the wordings, "most likely denied". So please guide me in such a situation what should I do?

USCIS didn't say specifically that your petition is denied.. you cannot go by 'most likely' they have that information in their system they're able to say wether it's denied or not. I'm wondering why they're speculating. For me to give you any advice I need to be sure that your I 485 is denied then I would say file a new one but for now you mentioned you still get EAD renewals so it's likely still pending you might want to do another inquiry for them to be specific and for you to know where you stand!👍

Thank you for the advice.

Do you know if I can renew my driver's license with the I485 approval notice? Also, will the employer accept the I-485 approval notice as proof of work eligibility? My attorney said yes but I think he is wrong.

No, the I-485 approval notice is not acceptable proof for work or getting a DL, but if you have an EAD you can use that in the meantime.

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.

Merry Xmas my lovely people and family... Please is it safe to travel with I-360. ? Am afraid of doing so...I have my advanced  parole .

pls advise, tnks

Domestically - yes.

Internationally - depends where you're going. AP holders are not exempt from all the COVID-related travel bans currently in place meaning that you might have to quarantine in a non-restricted country for 14 days. Honestly due to this pandemic I would recommend not traveling unless you absolutely have to.

What if I have a really good job and EAD through opt (student status), but it will expire soon. I don’t want to loose this job due to not having EAD. I’m not able to extend my student EAD, but I applied for EAD through VAWA back in July 2020. Do you think this reason is good enough to try to expedite?

I see. Yes, should do that. And ask your current job to write you a letter. File under personal financial loss and company loss. If you lose your job the company will also lose money. you are good .

have you already received your vawa EAD? If you are still waiting I will suggest you to expedite.

I’m still waiting for my EAD through vawa. My current ead through student status will expire in April. I’m also 7 months pregnant, so I need this job in order to provide for my baby!

Oh great. So you have two things:

1) Financial loss: The losing your job would be hard on you and a huge lost gor the company.

2) medical reason: You are pregnant and won’t be able to afford taking care of your child and go to all the medical exam and or all the requirements to take care of your pregnancy without job. ( focus about the fact that you are pregnant )

3) call a tier 1. Just talk about your I-765 and I-131 nothing else. Good luck!

Thanks again. As a backup, I am still trying to set info pass appointment with USCIS which is a challenge. If C31 EAD expires and I still don't have the green card - will a stamp in my passport be good for DL renewal? I understood that it's good for work eligibility. How long is the stamp usually valid for (6 months or a year)?

Do you think I should wait calling them then since I still have EAD through student status that is valid until April 2021?

You’re welcome. It takes forever so you don’t lose anything by starting early. And at least you will know for sure that you have enough time.
