The immigration law states that you need to have a work permit to work.
 

You can ask them to expedite but I doubt they will expedite .

I got C13 EAd before going for the appointment, No approval notice received yet

Strangely I got four letters from Vermont stating case was received at my physical address today.  😪

Even though I gave the office at info pass my mailing address

also showed her 2 letter sent to Vermont to update my safe address to my mailing address. (PObox)

I don't know how she needed up using the address on my ID.

 I  read my PO box address back to her twice and she confirmed it.

 

I am just so frustrated about this address issue, it has been dragging since July.

 

Any address please, do I need to do any thing at this  point?

those should be enough for a good vawa ? As experts?

Tell her to write at least 7/9 pages mentioning from the time she started dating , to proposal and marriage .
 

A good psychological evaluation should have 7/15 pages .Uscis doesn’t consider a generic evaluation, the psychologist should mentioning in detail the abuse , when  and where the abuse happened etc

To leave the U.S you will show them your passport, when you return you will show the advance parole.

PF1 issued in June, 2019.

PF2 issued in June, 2020.

PF3 issued in November, 2020.

RFE issued on October 30, 2020 for GMC. They request for more police clearance reports under my maiden name.

RFE received on December 14, 2020.

New Card Is Being Produced on December 21, 2020.

 

I can’t appreciate enough for everyone here. More importantly, praise the lord.

 

Thank you thank you thank you for whoever have helped me through this journey here. I’ll keep you folks posted.

In this particular case since you are in removal proceedings, the immigration judge has jurisdiction over the I-485 (as per 8 CFR 1245.2) and would normally issue a decision during the next individual hearing after I-360 is approved.

 

If you were to get the proceedings terminated, then Irving, TX won't transfer the I-485 to Vermont because there's nothing to really transfer, what you filed with them is just the form so they'll give you a receipt that you will then give to the court to prove that you paid for the I-485. In case like this you'd file a new I-485 packet with Vermont and attach the order terminating proceedings (which returns the jurisdiction over I-485 back to USCIS) and the prior I-485 receipt as proof of payment.

I think it depends on the state you live.

 

I live in Illinois. They issued my benefits after I submitted PFs.

  @Stillwinning!!!😊 @sandranj please I have a little question to ask 🤣🤣🤣,I sent my RFE last month and they have received it at Vermont but they have gotten back to me and it’s not over 1 month ..so I went to my lawyer to file for the renewal of my Work permit ..I sent the i765 renewal but usps didn’t deliver my package for more than 2 weeks now ,is not tracking anymore ..just in transit and I dnt want my work permit to expire before I get it renewed that’s why I hurriedly sent it in but usps is so unreliable these days ,they might have missed my package ..now am thinking of sending another i765 cause my work permit would expire by March ..and my drivers license will also be expired to so I want to get my work permit renewed and I  dnt wanna act complacent atall cause complacency can destroy ones life ..now I told my lawyer that what happen to the mail we sent in at usps ..my lawyer told me he’s out of the country and he won’t be back not until next year March 🤣🤣..so I want to ask if I can do the renewal of the i765 myself and send it through Fedex or go to another usps location that is reliable and sent through express ..I dnt just wanna feel complacent atall..I need to act ..cause I dnt want to be told any stories that touches the heart at my place of work !! Please advise me if I can’t send fill out the i765 renewal form by myself without the lawyer and put the lawyers address as the sender !! Just advise me what to do ..I had that in mind but I just decided to ask people on this page ..
