That’s all i had as well and was approved. She seems to have enough evidence of abuse. If there are any documents proving comingling of finances like apartment lease, joint accounts, tax returns that will help. email exchanges, photos and phone conversations can help establish legitimate marriage. May God bless her

Yeah because I been through what she been through right now but she just scared of lake of evidence that why I post here

She has tax return and leasing house phone bills light as well . But the abuse only has. Frineds letter and threpy and self statement I don’t know if those enough

I submitted therapy report, letters from family and friends, very detailed self affidavit and medical prescription for depression as well. But not everyone goes for treatment. So I think she has sufficient proof of abuse.

The threpy gave her like letter that she has many issues mentally and emotionally and transfer to go to pills I’ll tell her to get Medical prescription thank you for you amazing response

Your vawa wasn't approved? Sorry to hear that. I received the 1st PF of one year and this month got one of 6 months stating that the next will be 60 days.

Good day all, I have been silent since there is no update on my VAWA I-360 case.  But I need advise at this point. RFE was received in April and response sent and it was  received by Vermont on June 29, 2020.
Third Prima Facies was issues in September to expire early February 2021. I have
asked my House of Representative member find out for me for what is going on,as of October the response he got was security check. My case is September 2018. Past processing time.

How else can I find out what is actually going on with this case? Kindly  advise.

No you misunderstand.  by the time my VAWA was approved my PF was already expired by 6 months.

Hey dear long time, I hope you're keeping safe? anyway Congressional inquiry remains a very valuable resource you should inquire through your Congressman or senator...I went to three different offices, if one isn't productive try another! Sometimes these cases take long and it's different for every case... so just be patient while waiting for a response from your Congressperson okay? it's not an easy journey.. but you'll be alright!👍😊

I was one month shy of two years myself (mostly due to the delay with RFE on my attorney's part I responded promptly but she needed to go on vacation.. that was crazy... story for another day)💁...it wasn't easy, New York is terrible for immigration issues it's billions of people here.. remember if any office is not productive, try another that's what I did until I found Senator Kirsten Gillibrand. Praying for you and everyone else here still waiting!🙏

My case just shows that “New Card Is Being Produced”.

 

Filed on April, 23, 2019.

PF1 issued in June, 2019.

PF2 issued in June, 2020.

PF3 issued in November, 2020.

RFE issued on October 30, 2020 for GMC. They request for more police clearance reports under my maiden name.

RFE received on December 14, 2020.

New Card Is Being Produced on December 21, 2020.

 

I can’t appreciate enough for everyone here. More importantly, praise the lord.

 

Thank you thank you thank you for whoever have helped me through this journey here. I’ll keep you folks posted.
