I don't think they will need your advance parole when you're leaving the US, just the document allowing you to enter your home country. And when you come back you will give the officer your passport and AP card, they will take you to another room to wait with some other ppl while they review your papers, and then they will call your name, stamp your passport and give back your documents. At least that's how it was for me 3 years ago, not aware of any more recent updates.

Hello everyone

i want to ask you guys if someone had an experience about divorce from the abuser spouse

i applief my I360 in may2020 and till now my abuser spouse refuse to sign on my divorce papers she want to give me hard time with that

I have a police report and i left the home in december 2019 so my question is :

how can i get the divorce without her signature on the papers

thanks

I am not sure about other states but in NY my lawyer had explained that once we serve my spouse and they don’t reaping within x number of days, the judge can decide without the signature from the spouse.

but it  has to be SERVED, someone( not me or any relative of mine) has to physically give them the papers after confirming their identity.

Hey everybody ! Is the covid19 test included in the list of  i693 immigration exams?

nope, no yet anyway.

they include things like TB, and certain [removed] STDs  that they don't want people to spread around.  As a nurse who had been in healthcare for 10 years now, generationally US born people also have these conditions... I dunno why this medical exam is a thing 🙄

I did get the notification online. The card came to my lawyer. You are using an attorney correct?

I am, but I changed my mailing address from attorney office to my own address. But PF still goes to attorney tho...

From what I've seen on this forum pretty much everyone got online update about C31 being produced.

Also as several people mentioned, there are still 2018 cases pending. Really can't predict when exactly you're going to hear back.

Well this all confuses me because USCIS website says that I360 applications are processed in order they were received. But we all know that it is not the case, so it just frustrating in addition to already not the best experience that led to VAWA...

changed it where?

when you change your address by mailing AR-11, there are your physical address and your mailing address. So my mailing was my attorneys office for some time but then I changed it to my own address, so I get the mail, but it didn't actually make them send me mail.

I changed my address twice but because I had an attorney on file, all correspondence went to her. So yeah as long as you have an attorney representing you they will continue to receive your mails! Except of course you advise USCIS otherwise!👌
