I filed mine in April 2019.

I received RFE of GMC in the end of October.

We sent the answer back the end of November.

It appears that they received my answer yesterday and have begun to work on my case again.Β

Hello ! November 2018 here. In case you didn’t contact USCIS yet (directly or via senator or representatives )Β I would suggest to do so. I know the pain on waiting so much, I can clearly relate to this but stay strongΒ

You can file for the divorce and send the papers to him/herΒ with the police o with a server. they are going to try to give the papersΒ  andΒ after 3 attemps they return the documents to the court. then because it wasnΒ΄t possible to serve the other party, you will have to post to the newspapper that you are looking for that person, andΒ 21 days after, the court send you a hearing with a judge and he will dovorce you.Β

Β

Thats how I did with my ex-wife. She didnΒ΄t want to sign and now we are divorce.

Hey, I did it bymyself. Check the forums on internet for the forms you need. Fill them all and notarize them (I did it in bank of america for free because i have an account with them).

Β

I don't remember all the forms I needed it but you can find it online, i.e.Β https://floridadocument.com/free-florida-court-forms/

The way i did it was by myself he was always avoiding service here how i did it:

1 Step;

i went to my local courthouse and visit the Family Service Center the have free of charge attorney's who can help you with filing the legal documentΒ

2 Step:

I hired aΒ process servers idk if i can promote them here but this is the linkΒ https://www.onesourceprocess.com/Β  This company will try and serve him and locate him if he avoid them on purpose they will make 3 attempts to serve him/her and they will provide you with the proper documents which you will need to move forward with your divorce.

3 Step:

After had obtain the documents that he was served i had to include them with my divorce paperwork which again i was able to get assistance from my local courthouse - Family Service CenterΒ i hatΒ to go to the sheriffs office and to pay 30$ for them to post the same service documents at the courthouse and if he didm make an attempt to figh it i will be able to move forward with the divorce.

4 Step:

After i waited 2 weeks i was able to go in from of a judge and to do an absolute divorce and i had a court date and i went in front of the judge and she finalized my divorce.

Β

Also take a look at this idk if this is where you are located ?Β

Β

The whole process toke me a few monthsΒ

Β

This is my story hope it will help youΒ
