when are you receiving a RFE from VAWA?  Did they already notify you about it?

Not yet, we are waiting. The problem is i went to the interview November 2018, RFE responded same month. Divorce July 2019 . Filed vawa October 2019. But the decision about i130 came just Feb 2021 while vawa is pending for 17 months already and cited 204c bar(the problem was uscis didn't consider all the proofs submitted to make that decision, they based their decision on 30% of proof we submitted). Now waiting what vawa proof will be to confront that with other bonafide proof i have

Clearly he has no clue about VAWA or about immigration. If he is honest he would tell you "man your chance is  less than 1%, and I will charge you  $ xxxxx",  but not all these nonsense things he told you.

Thank you for your input but i agree with her as long as I prove my marriage was bona fide, i will be good. 204c is permanent if you don't challenge it with proofs but in my case, i will challenge it until I win because I know my marriage was bonafide and i got plenty of proof for that. Vawa can be appealed if denied, that will be my chance to bring everything i have as proof to challenge the denial and if i got NOID i will bring as more proof as i can, i know i will win. Watch me, i will post here again when my case is over. Actually, the 204c can also be removed in court if i remarry and prove hardship to us citizen using ina 237(a)(1)(h) https://www.sggimmigration.com/practice-groups/family-removal/deportation-defense/waivers-in-removal-proceedings/ina-237a1h-fraud-waiver/

Thank you hopefully everyone gets everything fast I know it’s soo stressful

If they didn't do biometrics, that's fine, they will send you biometrics appointment at a later date, just start looking for jobs now if you don't have one yet, congrats

You attorney knows the details of your case so trust on her. Maybe would be good listening a second opinion but remember Consider only the opinion of lawyers who know the details of your case.  Do not believe everything you read here because they don’t know your case.  I think here is an excellent source of general information only bc each case is different.  I wish you good look and keep your faith always. Don’t let people let you down. You know your marriage was real so put all your effort on getting evidences to overcome immigration decision.
