Congrats on your approval! Can somebody tell me how come trishytrish case was pending for 3 years when USCIS says that max time of waiting is 2 years? Am I going to wait 3 years too? :((

They said I should pay my remaining balance first before they do an inquiry. I was furious!!! Ombudsman didn't help you at all? I heard about unhelpful senators but thought ombudsman will always take actions

You mean I-360 and I-765 receipt? Hell no

Depending on the state you live in, some states will just accept EAD renewal extension receipt otherwise you need EAD it self to get a state ID or Drivers license.

Check requirements on your state Department of Transportation website. In Pa I can get a license with just a Prima Facie

July 11 2019 Uscis received my I-360 /  I-485 and I-765

 

July 23 2019  Uscis waived the fee 

August 6  2019  Notice date on the receipt        

October 17  2019 new EAD card  (C09) ordered

 

October 24. 2019  EAD card (C09) delivered 

 

September 9. 2019  Uscis sent me  RFE police clearance 

 

December 9  2019  Uscis received my response to the RFE

 

September 2020 sent  EAD renewal  package for C09  still waiting 

 

February 24. 2021 New card being produced  C31

 

March 3  2021 card delivered to me C31

i self petitioned i765(c09) and they returned saying i am missing signature and any preparer's information. my question is" is there any column or tab that specifies self petition on the form?"

The counselor lives in Houston.You need to check with her if in Texas attending therapy remotely is accepted by the National Counselor Examination. I will ask her ok.

Just resend it with your signature. You maybe sign the preparer part with your signature and that's why they requesting the prepare information.

You need to speak with Congresswoman  they helped me a lot and would inquiry periodically. 

Don't loose hope,I waited 4,5 long years for vawa to be approved.  Its very important to have a great lawyers.  I change my lawyer last year and within 7 months my case was approved.  I live in Nyc and things moving slowly here .

Just be patient you will get your approval soon.❤
