hello fam!

My 485,131 and 765 was filed September 18th

Got an update today for 765 that "new card is being produced" :)

So it took them almost 5 months

I am writing an inquiry letter to USCIS. Does it have to be typed or handwritten? Does that even matter? Also, what salutation do you use for letters to immigration?

It's better if it's typed, but they will take a handwritten one as long as it's legible. My handwriting is absolutely 100% atrocious so I don't even try to handwrite anything aside my signature.

Regarding addressing you'd make it to the attention of the T U VAWA Unit and address it to "Whom it may concern".

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.

You are wrong. ALL documents must be submitted to VSC.

If you have already got your I-360 approved, you still have to file your I-485 and I-360 approval notice with Vermont office? not NBC? Once your I-360 got approved I thought VSC is done with you? Why do you have to resend it there?

around how much is the medical exam? I'm getting quotes of $500 and up because i don't have a vaccinations record. is there a way around this?

You can get all your vaccination with Walgreens or CVS, once your have that record quote again, is around $350.00 when you have all your vaccination. That what I just paid.

You can go to a designated physician who will bill your immigration med exam as annual checkup. Meanwhile get all your vaccinations from your primary care physician and have the card ready with you.
I did all the above and paid only $40 out-of-pocket for my medical exams.

Talking about handwriting... Idk why, but I don’t write sanely if I’m being watched by someone lol 😂

However, on my own, I believe I have a wonderful writing 😋

@sandranj, When USCIS ends up sending mails to attorneys that have been removed from our cases, what should we do? And these atty’s don’t even have the courtesy to inform that they’re getting our mails.
Happened with me for marriage based i485 that was filed by my ex.

She had her interview already, she can't just ask to have another one.

Sandra

i meant she was scheduled for the interview before but she went in and told them she was waiting for her 360 to be approved so they put her interview on hold to wait for her i360 to be processed.

But it it's been half a year and her i360 still not approved and she said her relationship is getting better so can she just go to her interview slot that she had in the past?

just to be clear  she never had her interview she just went without her partner  and ask them to hold the slot until her i360 was processed
