Is about the same time. But some mentioned queens is a bit faster.

Ok. So my case was transferred on April 2020. The address listed was USCIS Queens field office but the address listed is federal plaza (?) 🤷🏽‍♀️

Guys when they approve I-485 what is the first message when you check your status?

- New card is being produced  or

- Case was approved or

something else?

 

Because my last message is "name was updated" and still that message, even they sent me rfe for medical I-693, and I sent them back last week.

Filed on April of 2019. EAD31 received in December of last year. Hope this helps.

We have seen a lot of  guys here, who got notification on line card in produce without interview wave notification.

Usually its the card production update followed by case was approved but with USCIS, it can go however they choose! LOL😀👍

Mine was Queens and yes Queens seems faster but the fact is it's periodical... that is, there are times it's fast and times it drags!💁

Remember that the darkest times are just before dawn.. before you know it.. it will be over now let's see..hmm you have work permit.. something not everyone has.. so that can keep you busy while making money! it did for me! Time goes by faster when youre not preoccupied with thoughts of your case!😊👍

You just know when you see your case is approved apparently without interview summons.. there's no official notification but a RFE to send in medicals are the general tell-tale signs!😊👍

Hello every one .. 

i have officially completed the 3 years waiting with no response or updates ! 
they ised to send me prima facie every 6 months automatically .. my current one is expiring they didn’t send me a new one .. 

my lawyer has nothing to do for me ! 
i contacted the congressmen but they kept getting the same response from them which is ( the case is pending security checks and we don’t know how long it will take ?!! ) the congressmen get sick of them and stoped responding to my requests and emails ! 
iam thinking to sue them ..

if i sued them , how long it take to receive a decision and if this affect the decision or no ? any recommendations i need your advise

I will not advice you to sue them if your case is pending security checks all you need to do is continue being patient if you force them to make a decision in this circumstances it will most likely be unfavourable!👍
