The delivery time has nothing to do with anything! Receipts can take as little as 2weeks to as much as 8/9 weeks.. just wait for it. Also for the RFE it can take 30 to 180 days!👍

I believe your divorce has to have been within 2 yrs to qualify for vawa, you can divorce but I would say start to gather all the evidence and write all your statement (it takes a while trust me) It took me almost 6 months if not even a year to completely put package together, so start out on that, then when you have it all sent out, i will say concentrate on divorce, but i can also understand if you want to divorce him now, maybe @sandranj @Stillwinning!!!😊 @Shroy123 will have some more info, they have always been so helpful to me and really everyone on here is.

I had my interview scheduled on 19th January 2021, then its been cancelled and now waiting for new date of rescheduled interview. So my question is, I have my medical exam report ready with me sealed and dated 01/15/2021. How long would be the validity period of that medicals? I expect my interview will get scheduled by early March, can I still use that same medial exam report for I-485 interview? Or they gonna ask me for the latest one?

60 days from the signature. More than that - you'll have to get a new one. Hope it gets scheduled soon!

contact my congresswoman October was the last update I am waiting for a date to be interviewed,So on Monday I have send request to get assistance from the Ombudsman so Crossing my fingers something happens soon

Yes, that's correct. I've been in contact Sen. Gillibrand already and USCIS replied that my case is "under review by/assigned to an officer"

okay. You have to be very aggressive in inquiring about your case.  Every  45-60 days ask you senator to follow up on it. I used to alternate between my Senator and Representative. For instance i  contact my senator this month,  wait 30-45 days if no answer. I go see my Representative ask them to follow up on it. Wait 45-60 days if no answer , go back to the senator ask them to inquire abt the case.

Guys,

I have to go to do my medical I-693

It seem to me I have to get 7,8 vaccine in 1

day, since all the vaccine I got as a child expired. Need new one.

Is it safe to get all those necessary vaccine in 1 day together.

What is your experience, what should I do?
