hey everyone.

my Vawa was approved in August 2020, NYC

i485 is pending since 2017 (no updates)

and yesterday the status of i360 changed to "Correspondence was received by USCIS and being reviewed", but there was no RFE or any request for them for any correspondence.

Does anyone know what it can be? The Vawa petition is approved since August,2020. I am kind of worried

Hi everyone, hope all is well.

I had a question to people who already got their EAD and working. Do you have a retirement account?

My VAWA hasn't been approved (was filed in Sept. 2020) but my employer provides 401k contributions. Since I am unsure whether I will have documents here, should I invest in retirement savings? Anyone had the same concern and can advise?

Thanks

Guys, I got approved my Vawa 3 months ago.

So 2 months ago I got mail from Uscis that my 485 is missing i-693 and to wait interview schedule or rfe.

so yesterday I got rfe to send them my i-693.

is this mean my interview is waived or might be interview also.

how long it take for them to make decision about my green card once they got my i-693?

thank you good people !!!

It might be an update on your I-360 that put your I-485 together.

Hey usually when they ask you to send in your Medicals and not bring it to the interview with you there's a huge possibility that your interview might be waived! It might take 4 to 8 weeks to get a decision if this is the case.. keep praying!🙏😊

There are too many speculations about this particular update.. somebody else also had the same I personally would like to know what it means for sure but I would assume that if you updated your address or Vermont received  documents pertaining to your case.. maybe from the local office or NBC, it will make sense to get an update like that!💁

okay...

After i360 approval, does i485 from NBC goes to Vermont or the opposite, i360 goes to NBC from Vermont? do you happen to know?

I-485 is transferred to NBC from Vermont upon approval of i360..and from there proceeds to the local office... your i360 file is also sent to the local office before interview!👍

So, USCIS did not sent interview letter? I know another person missed her I-485 interview but she never received the interview letter. This worries me, can you share your timeline if I remember your local office is NY or did it change.

Documents that apply to you:

Birth Certificate

Passport

EAD cards

I-94

Marriage certificate

Divorce Decree

Income Tax, (W2s, Letter from employer)

I perceive that your interview is close by.. so what you can do is be on the lookout (alert) and if you do not have an attorney, you can always check with your Congressman so that you can escape USCIS messiness! Looks like not everybody gets interview letter on time!👍
