Hello wonderful people, Just joined this group, so sad I didn’t know about this group when I was going through hell. I have a quick question, filed for Vawa March 2018 and just got my EAD c(31) last week, does it mean I might be approved soon? Thanks

I lived with my spouse only for a week. because i am currently in school in another state. Originally plan to move in after I finish school. But he has been mentally abusing me and threatening. I have text proofs. However I dont think the residence requirement is enough. How do I prove I resided with him? Are plane tickets good? I had credit card statements trascations made in his county.  What other evidence could I provide for the abuse? I did good moral and I made appointment for psychological evaluation. Also have four affidavit letters from friends, family and coworker. What should i do to win this case?

Hi Never Say Never! That said, visiting your spouse is different from residing with your spouse.. you can qualify for the petition if you lived with your spouse for even two days.. but will not qualify if you visited for one week! proof of residence can be rent receipts in both your names, lease in both your names, bills.. utility bills in both your names etc also affidavits from friends, family, landlord.. verifying that you lived with your spouse is also acceptable! More info is available online if you make research!👍

C31 card is only produced after your I-360 is approved! Congrats.

you might get an update in a couple months saying you’re approved

You can only get EAD c31 when you are approved so congratulations you've been approved!🎊🎉😊👍

Thank you so much! I found a lease agreement for my place in my state. I hope that would help!

Good evening VJ Family i fave a weird question; i just have been offered a job at the Department of corrections and i was hoping based on that can i request for expediting my I-485 interview. this will be amazing opportunity for a new begging of a new chapter of my life.

@Stillwinning!!!😊 and other knowledgeable family members I need help and advice as to the following:

Today I got notification that Uscis scheduled my interview. How long it ll take to receive the notice? It appears that my address wasn't updated by the USCIS as I didn't receive the previous cancellation notice for interview, so what should I do to get the lost notice as well as  to change/update my address?

Please I need your advice!
