What is priority date for I-485?

 

I see my VAWA is approved, but i did not receive notice yet. I married to US citizen and applied for VAWA and submitted I-360,I-485,I-765 all together. Original USCIS receipt Date is Feb-2019, and I-360 approval date is Feb-2020.

Most people get the approval notice one month or more after approval so be patient, the hard part is over.. Congratulations!🎊🎉😊👍

Thank you, i haven't seen past trends but has it crossed 75+ days for some people to receive notice after checks have been cashed

Hey @silicon_valley, @Demise, @sandranj @Pinkrlion these are options given by my lawyer concerning the 204c that came last month on my i130. Filed vawa October 2019. I chose to wait the rfe from vawa and take it from there. I am getting some more proofs, affidavits from our neighbors, spoke with my ex wife she agreed to write a notorized letter as well that our marriage was real, got plenty of letters from hospital and bills with our address,... And will have to debunk the so called other address USCIS said my ex took a driver's license with and bills hooked up to that address which have happeared to be false after checking with billing companies, ...

Now I can't even appeal because I'm divorce already. Hoping to reverse their decision at vawa RFE

its crazy we almost have similar dates on everything 

 

my vawa was filed September 2019

 

my divorce was July 2019 but my ex i-130 is still active because she never withdrew the application.

 

we did our marriage interview January 2019

 

I currently have no RFE for anything . i know how you feel, everyday it scares me cause i dont know what i will be expecting .

 

and did you say, after your marriage interview in November 2018, you were issued an RFE the following month ?
