I feel like they are processing backwards at National Benefits Center. At the beginning of November, they were at June 1, and progressing through November with June dates. Two weeks ago, the USCIS processing site said they were now at mid June. But about 1 week ago, it suddenly was at April. I looked at some other centers and it seems that the same issue exists there as well. Is anyone else watching the I-131 process times? Also my NOA1 date was June 30th. I still have not received biometrics request.

AP request based on pending I-485 doesn't require biometrics. Only AP request done outside the US based on humanitarian reasons or for significant public benefit requires biometrics: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-131instr.pdf Page 12

you are trying to solve the logical order of sequential processing of applicants  where USCIS order of processing is like below sequence

Still waiting for the AP. It has been 8 months since filing I-131. The USCIS status says it is at September 23rd now, I filed on June 30th. Made a request to USCIS since it was past the processing date. They emailed that I would get a response by 02/17. I have gotten no response. Biometrics was done late January. This is for an AOS for my mother that I filed. I am a USC.
