Hello,

I am gonna go file I130 for my mother as father has deceased in 2008.

I am going to file online with my Naturalization Certificate,Birth Certificate and US passport.

Will i have to submit mother's Birth certificate(DOB:1965)?also its not in English.Mother's passport is okay.

When i need to submit G325,I 864?

Whether i need to send passport size photos or not?

I will wait for your reply.

Thank you...

hi

you only need one proof for citizenship, or you send copy of your certificate or the US passport, you don't need both

yes you need to send the passport size fotos of both of you, you do need to send a copy of your dad's death certificate. any document that's not in English, needs a translation into English attached to it

the rest is sent at the NVC stage, civil documents
