Hi everyone,

Here my story. :crying:

I sent off my application filed-jointly+ enough evidences (I guess) on Dec 13th, 06 to TSC, and now they are processing cases that were sent Dec 14th, 06.

so they have passed my application date by one day.:blink:

I want to know if anyone out there have experienced the same thing before.

Do I have to worry? :help:

your comments will so much appreciated.

they might have done your file.. the website doesn't always update properly.

Look where I am in this process and the website says my petition is STILL pending

So, call in the morning if you're worried.

=)

If u are referring to the I-751(removal of conditions), TSC is actually processing applications w/Jan 2007 receipt dates. My husband's receipt date was Jan. 19, 2007 and he has already received the 10yr card.

sahir,

You don't have to worry. Yet.

If the published processing date is correct, and has passed your application date, then your application has been given to a case officer. How long it will take the case officer to complete the processing and make a decision is unknown.

Hi Yodrak,

Thanks for the comment, but I will appreciate if you elaborate more, you said: my application has been given to a case officer. what I know that all the cases get reviewed by an immegration officer, so what is so special about my case?

Is case officer different than Immgration officer?

Thank u

Your case officer might just be on vacation or some other leave. Or simply not be the most productive. Once you're 30 days behind, it would be time to raise some questions. Also consider that you may have been selected for an interview at the local office and they might be in the process of scheduling you for that interview. Again, unless you're a month overdue, no need to panic.
