I am so sorry if this is a stupid question but I can't seem to find a clear (and recent) answer in my searches. I am one of the many people who've had my AOS interview delayed with covid and am filing my renewal package for my EAD/AP combo card. Do we resubmit the EAD & AP fees when filing for a renewal of both?

No, as long as your I-485 is still pending (include a copy of NOA-1 of I-485 with renewal).

Okay thank you! I didn't want to make this assumption and screw up the application.

With an I-485 filed before Oct 2, 2020 you never had to pay any EAD or AP filing fees. You do not have to pay them now either as they were not initially required.
