It appears that the processing time has something to do with the individual USCIS officer that the I-129F package is assigned to. Based on my discussion with the lady at CSC when I called a couple of days before we were approved, about 20-30 packages are assigned to an individual officer at one time. The order of approval is then based on how that officer processes the petitions, and perhaps his or her efficiency. So, to some extent, processing time is simply luck of the draw.

Congrats to all who have made it through that milestone.

Not a usual poster, but I had been reading this forum for a while now. Just give some update for June filer. I just got Approve, got my NOA1 on June 12, got NOA2 on Nov. 8.

Thanks to everyone who responded to our questions about waiting since early June. I can see now that there are many others of us out there who filed around the same time. I just hope we don't have to wait too much longer. Each day that goes by now is just agony. Not that I have to tell any of you that.

yehey!!! thanks GOD!, after the long waiting we got approved!!! we receive the NOA2 11/09/07 via email.

I-751 Removing of Conditions

03-03-2011 - I-751 Application sent with K2 dependent

03-08-2011 - checks were cashed

03-15-2011 - NOA received dated 03/04/2011

04-01-2011 - Biometrics Appointment

04-19-2011 - Card production was ordered

04-21-2011 - Approval Notice was sent

04-22-2011 - Approval notice received

04-23-2011 - 10 yrs Green card on hand

Is it my imagination or is CSC way ahead of VSC as far as June approvals? I am very happy for all those approved, just curious as to how many VSC June filers have been approved to date?

It's not your imagination, CSC has been ahead for several months now, but when VSC does finish a petition, they send it right away to NVC, unlike CSC who holds them until they get a crate full (avg. time 3-4 weeks, but some much longer)

May 31, 2007 - Mailed I-129F to Nebraska

Oct. 22, 2007 - NOA2 Hard Copy received!! No email/website update.

Nov. 16, 2007 - Paperwork found & received by NVC!

Jan. 7, 2008 - Finally got the interview date

Jan. 28, 2008 - Interview!! Approved!!!

Feb. 12, 2008 - Arrives in USA!!!

Feb. 18, 2008 - Wedding Day!!!!!!

Feb. 19, 2008 - Apply for SSN

AOS Timeline:

Mar. 12, 2008 - Packet mailed (AOS, EAD, & AP)

Mar. 12, 2008 - Husband's SSN arrives

Mar. 14, 2008 - AOS pkt was delivered at 7:52 AM & signed for by V BUSTAMANTE.

Mar. 18, 2008 - Check cashed!!

Mar. 21, 2008 - NOA's for AOS, EAD & I-131!! (Dated 3-18-08)

Mar. 31, 2008 - Can finally see AP & EAD online!!

Apr. 10, 2008 - Biometrics finished! Can finally see AOS online & EAD touch!

May 12, 2008 - Email: AP approved!!

May 14, 2008 - Email: EAD approved!!

May 16, 2008 - EAD card & AP in hand!!

Sept 19, 2008 - Interview letter - Oct. 24th - Seattle??

Oct. 21, 2008 - A Touch..WOW!! The interviewer must've put it on his/her desk!

Oct. 24, 2008 - Interview..now back to waiting!

Nov 13, 2008 - Approved! Card Production Ordered...finally!!

i guess i should be looking here too...i didnt realise there was this thread with so many june filers...

good look to everyone in the same waiting game...hopefully we will all be where we should be in the soonest time possible...before christmas would be nice! :thumbs:

nov 04 : we met online

march 07 : we went 'public'

04/07 : Dans first visit

08/06/07 : Vermont received our paperwork

06/07 : Dans second visit

07/07 : i received my police check back from Scotland yard and local police

09/07 : Dans third visit (he brought two suitcases, one was big enough for me to sneak into)

19/10/07 : dog in for rabies injection

02/11/07 : the first part of our application was approved (147 days)

05/11/07 : Touched

09/11/07 : Dan received approved letter from Vermont (original sent to lawyer)

15/11/07 : petition moves to London

22/11/07 : packet 3 received and posted back

05/12/07 : notice of interview date

18/12/07 : medical at 1510

19/12/07 : INTERVIEW

19/12/07 : APPROVED!

01/02/07 : waiting to receive visa

01/04/08 : still waiting for visa and our lawyer still has no idea i was interviewed!!

01/09/08 : visa arrived

01/11/08 : removal guys collected my stuff

01/14/08 : Landed in Newark

03/09/08 : MARRIED MY YANK!!

03/24/08 : applied for SSN

03/29/08 : recieved SSN (work authorisation with DHS approval)

01/14/09 : been in the USA one year.

Got an RFE after such a long wait......

April 7th - Got Engaged to my Love.

June 12th - Applied for K1 visa for her.

June 15th - CSC received our file.

June 26th - Touch

Nov 13th - Received RFE hard copy (notice date of Nov. 5th)

Nov 15th - CSC received RFE.

Nov 19th - Touch (message updated saying they mailed me a copy of RFE)

Nov 20th - Touch

Nov 23rd - Touch (maybe due to phone call)

Nov 26th - Touch

Nov 27th - Touch

Nov 28th - Touch

Dec 6th - Approval Notice sent NOA2 !!!!!!!!!! YAY !!!!!!

Dec 7th - Touch

Dec 10th - Received hard copy of NOA2(snail mail)

Dec 28th - Embassy received package from NVC.

Jan 9th - Packet 3 received

Jan 10th - Packet 3 submitted with embassy in New Delhi.
