hi everyone! we just got our NVC case number today - MNL2007XXXXXX. i think, uscis sent it last nov 1 to NVC and NVC got it on Nov 8.

just be patient and we will all have our cases sent to NVC.

Finally got our NOA2 from CSC!!!!

No touches at all until today when i logged on (at 3rd attempt after forgetting the password!!) and they said we are approved!!

It's been a rough week but this has just made the weekend that much sweeter!

Now for the NVC wait!!

We sent the petition on June 5th and was delivered on the 8th. The money order was cashed on the 21st. We still don't have the papercopy of the NOA1 but we got our receipt#.

We've appointed a lawyer for our case.

Our lawyer is asking us to wait patiently and we might hear soon.

I'm bit restless and confused since our case has not been touched since 7/07/2007.

I am sure happy I didn't pay for a lawyer. I have gotten better support from my friends here at VJ I almost got one but she never returned my calls.. Saved me a grand..

Yeah we were considering hiring a lawyer..best decision ever to not hire one though!

And with regards to touches...i didnt get any until we got our NOA2 so you really dont need to worry about that

Yeah same here.. the money I saved is going towards buying a wedding ring instead. VJ helped me more ways than ever imagined. I thought about getting a lawyer until this website popped up in Google.com. Come on NVC!!!!!!
