So finally I spoke to someone today from USCIS. They told me that my petition is assigned to an officer since Oct 26. I hope no RFE's!!! I want our NOA2...I still have no touches though.. weird?

I read the post you made through your link, and while it's good to have an NOA1, it's not needed at the interview...however, the NOA2 is the one you need. Hopefully they don't miss that one up. Many people never get NOA1's. Did the receipt number on the back of your check match the number on your NOA1?

Do you have any ideas what RFE is about? Like more evidence to meet your fiance within 2 years? or do you have some complicated situation? I really hope that it should be easy to fix. No one wants RFE.

Well you're not alone. I called yesterday and was told that my case went to an officer on October 22. I have had no touches since the previous time that I called on October 10. I just hope that we don't get any RFE's.

No idea what it is for. Our attorney said it's most likely something they misplaced or something along those lines. Still, you wait this long then have to go through this bullshi t. It better not be something that I need her to sign...I'll fly there and take care of it that way since the mail system over there is beyond bad. I've sent her 3 cards over the last 6 months and she never got them.

FedEx or DHL, that is what I use when sending stuff to the boonies (Isaan) of Thailand.

Wow...after recieving my NOA2 in the mail on the 22nd (dated the 18th), they finally updated the website for me a few min ago!! I hope that means they've sent it out or will today!! Please CSC!!!
